I have a pea size lump in between the two ribs underneath ...

I have a pea size lump in between the two ribs underneath my left breast, its not in the breast but under neath it. It's not hard and it can be moved if pushed lightly. It wasnt there until after I gave birth to my daughter and lost my weight really quickly. Should I worry about this?
