I have a diagnosed with depression and have been on Prosac for 21/2 weeks, then came down with virus and compozine was prescribed for nausea. I had horrible reaction to drugs, twitching limbs, double vision, agitation, symptoms slowly diminished but endured them for a week, I was on Xanax which helped tremendously. I now go back to doctor who wants to start me on a SSRI drug again. Lately my symptoms have been more of anxiety than depression the anxiety has manifasted more for last 2 months . I am incorporating yoga and walking in my daily activities, avoid alcohol cafffeine & try to reduce stress.Give concrete advice to anxious granny who wants to change her life style so that her life doesn't revolve around becoming anxious and depressed.
