Other than using birth control pills, there is no other way to regulate or stop a period. You would have to go to your doctor to be prescribed any type of birth control pill.

I deal with herbs, and I do not know of any that will completely stop a period. Fenugreek can very much lessen a period but will not completely stop the bleeding. Vitex/Chasteberry has somewhat of the same effect.
