Regarding PSA.
1. Do I have to prepair in any way to assure an accurate reading, like fasting or refraining from sexual activity before taking the test?

2. Does taking testostrone shots affect the accuracy of the test?

No special preparation is usually necessary, you should not engage in sex for at least 48 hours before the test, as this could cause a false reading. As far as testosterone shots this would be something to ask your doctor about.
