i have been having knee problems first in the left knee had x ray and mri to show nothing but a bone bruise. I did not injure it just started using my knees a lot lately. fluid was on the knee as well. I have been going to physical therapy and things seem to be improving a little. now my other knee is doing the same thing with fluid on it. i went in had an x ray and nothing was wrong. it is quite painful when i walk or climb stairs what can i do? i have already been to a specialist who just recommended physical therapy

You maybe having signs of early arthritis, at your age rheumatiod is a possibility.
Your orthopedician needs to test you for this. The fact that more than one joint is involved at such a young age is a serious pointer and needs more tests including blood tests for Rheumatiod factor, collagen disease etc.
