It seems I am getting really dizzy and light headed lately ...

It seems I am getting really dizzy and light headed lately I am also feeling as though I want to pass out. I am having pains in my stomach also. I do not believe I am pregneant and I had my gallbladder removed last year. Any thoughts on what Might be going on.
