Ear Plugged

My left ear is plugged and I used some Hydrogine Peroxide and warm water to try to flush it out and its still plugged. I did get some dark brown and tan colored stuff that came out, but not whatever is plugging it. What can I do to unplug my ear? it is really bothering me.
