Symptoms are a tongue and roof of the mouth with little blisters and long cracks in the middle of the tongue towards the back. The tongue appears to be a little grey as well What might be the cause?

It may be a type of fungal infection.. you should see your dentist for further evaluation. In the mean time you can try to gargle with 1/2 peroxide 1/2 water and/or salt water. It could even be canker sores, but without seeing them is hard to say, so do see your doctor for proper treatment.

Can ypu tell me what may cause this. Can this happen from kissing diffrent people with a short perior of time?

Any possible mouth infections, cold, immune system.. If it's more related to herpes, then yes it could be due to kissing people. But without being able to see this, it's very hard to say for sure.. mouth abbesses, etc... could cause this too.
