My ten-year old daughter came home from school friday ( the 10th) and told me that she fell asleep. This is a thirty minute bus ride for her. She went to bed at 7 pm that night. All day saturday she just felt tired a little congestion, I gave OTC meds for this. She ate two bites of chicken two bites of corn 5pm on sat. This morning she wouldn't get out of bed. Fever of 102. Motrin and fluids, her pediatrician said let her sleep, keep her hydrated. I want to know if this could possibly be mono? What should I do next?!
