I was in a car accident a year ago I did not have insurance and I live in kentucky, but my layer said because of me not having insurance that I had no PIP money, but it was the other drivers fault they hit me in the rear that accident was really bad, they hit me doing 55 mph
my car was was not able to be fixed and also I was really hurt,the other driver had insurance, now living here in kentucky I know people in the same shape as me no insurance and they still got everything payed for, but my layer sent me to a doctor that more less just charged my visit until my settlement, after getting my settlement i just got 1,600.00 after paying for my doctor visit and during all this time before my settlement I had not been able to go back to work so there i lost my job and i payed for all med's that i picked up out of my own pocket and i feel that i got nothing back that I should have here i lost my job because I was unable to go back to work due to injury's and I was out all this money for picking up my med's and then after my settlement I had to pay back for doctor visit's, what should I do if I don't feel like my layer really done what he was suppose to do
