I have Fibromyalgia with pretty severe IBS. For a7 days my IBS has been worse and painful. For 3 days now I have loose diarhea with black matter in it. Can not see a doctor as I have no insurance. Could this be blood ifrom my stomache? I am used to have lower abdominal pain because of frequent and uncontrollable diarhea but my stomache is hurting now also.   I am weak and feel hungry but everything is going through me.
