hot foot

my left foot is much hotter than right foot and have slight pinching pain under big toe, onn ball of foot. Do not notice pain expcet usually at night or when sitting for length of time. But my foot is noticably warmer than the other foot.

Does not prevent normal activity- but am sure this is not normal. Has been like this for several months. Seemed to stop for a while but reoccurred

the foot that is hot is the problem, not the other. The hot foot has a pinching feeling and is considerably warmer. Do you think that is a result of pinched nerve or circulation?
