I just found out that I have a tumor in my colon..

I just found out that I have a tumor in my colon.. Also I had complained about pains in my abdomin. The ultra sound showed I have cysts on my ovaries. I don't see the dr. untill next week. But I am wondering if something with have to be done first with the cysts before my colon.
