I had a partial hysterechtomy when I was 29. I am now 41. A few days ago, I started having vaginal bleeding. Heavy enough where I have to where a pad. I went to my family doctor and they found 3 black spots on the left side of my vaginal wall. They are sending me to a specialist. What could these spots possibly be?
