having pain when chewing, opening mouth and moving jaw from side to side. Pain is like being shocked by electric in my ear. I have extreme pressure built up in my ear but cannot relase pressure. at bedtime cannot sleep on right side of face because hurts my jaw, but whole night ear pounds and cannot sleep.
