I've been having pain in my lower abdomen, gas, and bloating. Some times I have sharp pains in my buttocks. Sometimes when I eat I have painful cramps afterwards. Some mornings I when I wake up I feel naseauated and dizzy. I have vomited a couple of times after this. Do you have any idea what this could be?

Irritable bowel syndrome and Crohn's would have to be considered, I'd think. If the Zantac didn't help, you need to see your doctor again and request further investigation or see a gastroenterologist.
