How to cure my 1 year old sons constant runny nose? When he jumps in the crib or in the bouncy seat he starts to cough. I think the cough is from the excess flem in his throat. We have been to the doctor 5 times already this winter. The last two times they have perscribed cephil. It has had no effect. How do we tell if it an allergy or a cold?
