I am 23 years old and I have 2 children, they are 4 and 2. I haven't had any abnormal breast tenderness or lumps, but the past few days my breasts have been really tender. This morning I noticed a small, hard lump just below my nipple. It felt like it was full of puss, so I pressed on it, and some hard, sour smelling white stuff came out. Then watery puss and blood came out. What is wrong?
