I am 18 years old and for the past 3 or 4 years I have been plauged with painful urination, and bowel movements, when I urinate, it comes out in a small, painful stream, and when I go number two it rips ( I think, Scabs?) on my rectum, and my anus bleeds. I know this seems extreem, and it is very painful, but I've kind of grown used to it, though it's horrid. Also the skin around my penis, specifically where I was circumsized, is growing smaller? So that when I get an erection, it streaches out that skin to the point of ripping the smaller band of skin. What the hell is wrong with me?
