What could be causing me to have twitching under my eye. I've been experiencing this for a week now.

eye twitching is usually caused by stress, either physiological or psychological, too much caffeine, eye strain, things like that. It isn't dangerous, and is usually treated at home by warm compresses, getting enough sleep, reducing or eliminating caffeine, and natural stress reducers like exercise. However, if it gets any worse, starts to effect your mouth, or changes quickly, see your doctor as this can be a sign of an underlying neurological condition.
