My last period was March 3 and I was supposed to get ...

My last period was March 3 and I was supposed to get one again this past Friday on the 31st. My periods have always been regular, but today...on the 4th day of my missed period I started bleeding....but its not just spotting. My breasts are so swollen and they are so sore and the nipples have been hard and itch like crazy....could I still be pregnant even though I am bleeding 4 days after my expecting period?
