having proplems breathing and lightheadedest also feeling weak with no energy i spent a week in the hospital thinking i was having a heart attack after some test and a cath they said it was not heart related i do smoke a pack a day

It could be lung related like mild asthma, emphesema,You need a pulmonary doctor who will take a simple breathing test called a pulmonary function test,to rule out these illnesses,Regardless of what it is you should stop smoking.
