Chances are this is the start of a yeast infection. I would however see your doctor to confirm, so you can treat it properly with medication.

Woman can get this for lots of reasons and doesn't even mean it's because of your boyfriend. Even people who don't have sex can get this. Woman generally use an OTC yeast infection medication, but since it's not 100% known if it's a yeast, I would feel better for you to confirm it with your doctor and then in the future this ever happens again, you will know how to treat it.

Do avoid sex until you get proper treatment and wait until the symptoms are gone.
