Thank you for taking time to read this. Just recently I have been having dizzy spells when I get up and walk around. This is going on the second day of having these feelings but I assume I am in pretty good health and am only 31 years old. I am not on any type of medication or changed any normal habbits of late either. I am assuming that this will pass but since I have not stepped foot into a medical school, I figured I better ask someone who deals with this day to day. Thank you again for your time and I look forward to hearing your answer.
