I recently went to the doctor for bronchitis(my diagnosis). Well the doctor gave me a z-pak (5-day antibotic) and promethasine w/codine cough med. I have taken all of it as prescribes and now I still have the bad cough w/sputum, but now I have sharp pains under my left breast area (ribs) and my back hurts when I breathe. Could I have developed pneumonia now??
