my son is going to be five an about 3 months, and I'm starting to worry about his growth. He is about an inch or 2 shorter than his cousin who is 6 months younger than him, and he weighs about 37 pounds, I think, i don't have a scale. He has the worst morning breath I have ever smelled, and some times complains of "heart pain", ( I think he means heart burn.) His skin looks, thin, and is very elastic, he appears to have very little, if any, subcutanious fat layer. As far as mental develop ment, he has a little lisp, other than that, he seems to be above average inteligence. I have just been attributing his weight to his abundance of energy,(he is very active all day long, and has been that way since he could move on his own) I am however becoming concerened for his health now that he is getting older, and still seems to not be thickening up or growing as quickly in height. Is there any condition that would present with all these symptoms?
