hi I am 37 year old male.lately in the am while working my right hand starts to go numb and my fingers tingle.It dont last a long time maybe only 15-20min.At night when i make a fist my middle knuckles feel real tight almost like they want to pop and its real hard to close my fist this is in both hands. thank you ron
