I'm diebetic, the doctor I'm seeing just

I'm diebetic, the doctor I'm seeing just prescribed lantus shots along with my glucophage pills, to try to bring my levels down. but tonight before i took the shot my sugar level was 281, at 10:00pm. its now 1:21 and its 303. What should I do?
