I was diagnosed with anemia a week ago. Since then, my doctor has wisely ordered some repeat bloodwork to check to see if the diagnosis is corrent. My doctor has also wisely ordered a colonoscopy be done as soon as possible. I have my office visit for   that the week of the state competition. I have a state competition coming up in two weeks that I'm in charge of doing with my fellow State Director. My question is:   I will have to be up close to 36 hours out of 72 that weekend to conduct the competition. I can barely make 8 hours now. What can I do?

Dear Julie,
No, not yet. Can I just get some at the grocery store and see if that helps?
