please give me information for the drug lupron depot 3.75mg IM.

I was told that this drug in this amount. is used to treat leimyomas,my insurance company says it's a fertility drug. Which is it? Are there an complications related to smoking or interactions with othe medications?

Lupron depot is used for treating endmetriosis (the fertility part) and it is also used for treating prostate cancer.

I suggest if that you have your doctor contact the insurance company to explain that it is being prescribed for reasons other than infertility. Usually the insurance company will change their minds if the doctor does this.
