I have been sick for three days now which consists of diarrhea and extreme abdominal pain which is located on the right side of my body particularly where my gall bladder is. Scale from 1 to 10 rate pain at a 10. I went to the doctor yesterday they took blood work ultra sound nothing alarming was found. They are concerned because I did have a temp of 101 and my pain was intense that when they pushed on my stomach I burst into tears and made them stop which they didn’t at first.   Well it is now 10.30pm on day three I am still in enormous amounts of pain and my diarrhea has not let up. Should I go into the E.R and also a second question. My temp just in the last hour went from a 101 to 96.8 is that normal. When I spoke with my doctor this am I told her nothing had changed and asked if I shold go see a specialist and was told no to come back to there office tomorrow unless I need to go to the E.R tonight.   What should I do I can’t afford to miss work anymore
