I have a bump down in my vaginal region. I think it's a yeast infection, but there is no dischrage. I've never had any yeast infections before. It's only on one side of my vaginal wall and it looks almost like a zit. There is no odd smell. It kinda hurts and itches sometimes. I'm not sexually active, but I'm concerned. Help!
