Ms. Barnett,
I apologize for missing the second part of your question -- the oversight was not intentional.
The decision of whether or not pay for an answer rests entirely with
you, the customer. No one, least of all me, expects you to pay
for information which was not helpful, not complete, or not timely.
You have not paid me -- nor do I expect you to.
You have made a deposit -- which you can either leave on account for
use with future questions you may ask -- or, you may have refunded to
you upon request.
If you still wish to get a refund, you can submit a refund request using this link:
http://www.justanswer.com/refund.asp
The above notwithstanding, your snippy indignant tone was unwarranted
-- especially considering the following (final) statement in your
question post:
"
I can not afford to pay you for your information."
The fact that I chose to ignore the above statement -- and attempt
(albeit imperfectly) to answer your question anyway -- should have at
least spared me your peevish and sarcastic comments.
Thanks in advance.
Steve
