I went to my doctor and had a mole removed. this mole popped up 2 months ago got big and changed colors. He said it was suspicious removed it and it came back pre cancer and i have to go back in to get more tissue removed(excision widening) how worried should i be that i could still have melanoma in the tissue? is that possible to have a precancerous mole but melanoma in the tissuw underneath?

Yes alot of times when they remove the mole then the the next tissue sample comes back benign. It is something to be concerned about though and I would not put this off as the pre-cancerous mole can also be a sign of melanoma in the tissue as well. So have this procedure performed as soon as possible as the sooner they attack this as needed the better the outcome.
