My child is 3 years old. She has been telling me her back ...

My child is 3 years old. She has been telling me her back is hurting her so i checked her, and when i did i noticed that she has 2 discs that are sunk into her back. i took her to her doctor and they said that nothing was wrong. They didnt even give her an X-Ray.
Can you tell me what you think this might be???   I am worried to death..
