I have this red spot on my penis and when i touch it, it kind of hurt. what does that mean?

If you are sexually active you will want to see your doctor sooner rather than later. It could also be a touch of jock itch which is a fungal infection, or it could be that it was rubbed raw, or have you used a new soap or laundry detergent? It could be an allergy.

Reply to Kerry's Post: Yeah i was sexual active last night but i used condom. So i dont know if it was from the condome because it wasnt there before i used the condoms. and yes i have used soap on my penis before but nothing really happened. So do you believe its from the condom or something else?

It could be an allergy to the spermacide, or a friction burn from the rubbing during sex. I would clean the area thoroughly, and put a dab of antibiotic ointment on it. It should be better by tonight even.
