my son had a nose bleed and when he came home i noticed that there was also blood in his urine - is this something that can wait for us to take him to his physician tomorrow or should i take him to the emergency room tonight?

Hello

I would certainly give the doctor a call. If the bleeding hasn't stopped, then yes, I would take him in tonight. This could be a dangerous thinning of the blood. If it were my son, I'd go tonight.
