my son was pulling weeds and strained himself, and now he has a bad headache with nausea. what should we do?

Make sure he is getting enough fluids. He should be urinating clear or light yellow every 4-6 hours.

If you feel he is dehydrated, you may want to take him in if he isn't able to drink for you.
