I have a question about my penis. I am uncircumcised and I have a question concering my frenulum. I heard that durring sex it can break off and bleed. Im afraid to have sex because of this. I heard there is an operation that you can do to get it removed. How much would this cost? Im not looking for circumcision, Im basically looking just to get my frenulum off and keep the foreskin. What should I do and do I still need to worry about having sex before I possibly get this operation?
