Hello. I am quite skinny and I notice that my veins in my forms to hand become very bulgy and is unnatractive. Will it always be like this? why does this only happen to some people? No cure?

It probably shows more pronounced because you are thin. People with more body fat don't have such prominant veins. If you are still concerned, you might want to show your doctor at your next check up.

Most of this is related to genetics and is harmless.
