goodmorning, i am very worried, i got my period back in february it was irregular it was only on for 2 days, usually a 5 day cycle. After this i started getting lightheaded, i was dizzy after standing at work, and i felt like vomiting. I took two hpt that came back + so i took two more that came back-, my doctor ordered a blood test that came back -, it is now May and my appetite has grown so has my hips, butt, and breast. Ive gained 15 lbs in less than a month. I got worried so i went to the doctor for an ultrasound because the test are coming back - but my belly is looking like im 2-3 months pregnant, all of my friends family and co-workers are noticing the change. After doing the ultrasound the dr told me that they didnt see a baby but they did see fluid, what does this mean? i have a gut feeling that there wrong and something is wrong.
