hello, for the past year i have been having ...

hello, for the past year i have been having convolsions in my abdomin area. it happens in the stomach area and moves left to right. this problem usually happens at night and sometimes durning the day. its not painfull.... the twitching and moving is just very annoying. sometimes its so unbarrable to deal with some nights. i cant affored to go to the emergancy room right now, but i was hoping that you would have any advice to what i should do.   thankyou
