What is constant pain in right lower leg?

Toe is numb only one and lower leg right leg aches alot

Due to your age, I would suggest a consultation with your doctor as pain such as this could signal a vascular blood clot. If you have more pain with exercise, your leg looks pale, you have dry or scaly skin, you leg feels cold, you could be suffering from peripheral vascular disease. It could also be a nerve, like you suspect, but I would suggest seeing your doctor to be safe.
