I have a lump that developed on top of my head, not by trauma, that is causing severe headache, what would cause this?

You need to make an appointment with a neurologist for an accurate diagnosis.

Is the lump, red at all? How large is it? Is it soft? Can you feel it move a bit if you press on it?
Is it painful at the site? Or just causes the headache. Does it affect your vision?

I don't know if it is red, it's about the size of a small gumball, it does move a little and is hard. It just seems to be causing the headache, and my vision goes in and out from blury.
