I have swollen glands in my throat, my uvula feels like it ...

I have swollen glands in my throat, my uvula feels like it is hanging down and touching my tongue, there are white spots on it, my throat hurts, and my tongue is raw, what could it be?

You might have strep.

I would go to the pharmacy and buy some Chloraseptic and make an appointment with your doctor tomorrow to be checked. You can take four 200mg Advil or Motrin every six hours (this is considered a prescription dose and should help with the pain)
