I have awful cramps in my legs at night , how can I prevent this excruciatinp
painful condition ?

Don't laugh, are you ready for a home remedy? It has been noted that placing a bar of soap inside the sheets near your feet and legs can stop these cramps. I have heard this from many people who have tried it and say that it works. One soap for this is reported to be Coast! Don't use Dove nor Dial. Of course you need to know that there is no other treatable cause for them first. It appears you did see a doctor as I see all your meds listed. Did he check out the vessels in your legs to be sure it is not a circulation problem? Here are two websites that discuss the problem, cures, and, of course, the soap.
