Hi I have been having rectal bleeding every time I have a bowel movement for the last 2 days, This is bright red in color and sometimes slightly darker. I have been have at least 3 movements a day and they are all bloody. I have hemmroids but they dont seem to be flared up. I have no stomach pain or rectal pain. Althought about 3 days ago I moved a big bowel and it was hard to come about but I didnt strain too bad it was just big. could this be a tear or something? I am just so affraid to see a doctor for it is embarassing to me bu tif it is just hemorids or a tear I would feel better. I have no systoms of anything else being wrong
please help if you can
