I was out drinking with some friends on Saturday at the bar. I do not remember much of what happened after my first drink. I think that someone might have slipped something into my drink but I do not think that it was Rohypnol because I remember parts of the end of the night and I did not get raped. The reason that I believe that I may have been drugged is because I only had three 12 ounce beers within a 3 hour period and for me I have never gotten drunk off that few, let alone not remember most of the night. I also remember that at the end of the night I got into a agrument with a friend of mine, which is completely unusual for me. I also know that people had access to my drink because they were bought by a guy I know. I am not sure if this is anything to be concerned about, but I was wondering if there was any type of drug that would cause these symptoms. I am wondering basically if I am justified in believing that someone may have put a drug in my drink and if so what drug was it possibly. Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

Hello

Unfortunately any drug can be added to a drink so it would be impossible for me to tell you the possibilities. ANYTHING could have gone into your drink. Since you state that this is unusual for you, I think you might be right though.

There is one way to find out. Go to your doctor tomorrow and ask for a drug screen via urine and blood. Any substance that was ingested should still show up.

Reply to Kerry's Post: How long would it take before the drug wore off? Also, will this possibly affect my drug test in the future?

It can take up to a week to get a drug out of your system, but time is of the essence to get the test sooner rather than later.

It shouldn't effect drug tests in the future because it was a one time thing, and should be out of your system in 3-7 days.

Reply to Kerry's Post: So, if i did get slipped a drug on Saturday night it should still be in my system? I am just wondering since tomorrow is already Tuesday if the drug will even show up in my system when I go in. Also, how much do the drug and urine tests usually cost?

Yes, it is possible it is still in your system, just as it is possible it isn't. I am only giving you a suggestion on how you might try to figure out what drug was given to you without your knowledge.

If you have medical insurance this should cover it. Or, you can always make a police report in which case they may ask that you be tested as part of evidence, and then it would be free.

I'm not sure how much they cost if you don't have insurance.
