On May 11th I found out that I was 5 weeks pregnant. On that same visit they did a progesterone blood test and called me back the following day to advise me that my Progesterone level was at 10.5 and that was considered low, my doctor would not give me a due date at this visit due to this as well as the Ultrasound did not look promising. They also ordered be Premetrium 200mg to take each night vaginally and asked me to come back in on May 24th for a followup. At this visit they did an ultrasound and confirmed a heartbeat, she did give me a due date of 1/11/07 and took another blood sample to test my levels again. Yesterday I got a very disturbing call from my Dr telling me that my Progesterone level has dropped to 9 (am now 7 weeks pregnant; will be 8 weeks on Thursday). I asked her what this meant and why the Hormone pills weren't working, she wouldn't answer me. Can you please help? I just need some closure if is going to be the beginning of a miscarriage! Please help me!
