side of toe is infected

i cut the nail wrong and the side of the toe is open and hurts and it red and stuff coming out of it

I suggest seeing a doctor first thing next week. It is good that you have been using peroxide to treat this but it is highly likely that you will need antibiotics to kill the bacteria. Try soaking your toe in warm water with epsom salts. This should help with any swelling and pain until you can get in to see a doctor on Monday... If this answer helps please hit the accept button.
